CLASS DESCRIPTION: HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training): 45MIN class of resistance training mixed with cardio and circuit work designed to reach your highest potential in the shortest amount of time. The use of weights, kettlebells, TRX, rowers, treadmill, and bodyweight will be used in this class.
Great ready for sweat, heart beat up, work, & fun!
All levels.

TUE 6:45PM :: YOGA VINYASA
A mindful, light to moderate flow
TEACHER :: Evelyn
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Find your power and balance in this energetic flow by linking your breath, body, mind and intention. Focus on connective breath to movement that will challenge your physical body and inspire a presence on your mat. Change you perspective, stretch your awareness and test your physical being to encounter both growth and grounding. No matter your experience, this class will lead you out of your head and into your body and breath, while mindfully building strength and flexibility on your yoga mat. Immerse yourself in a dynamic practice to deliver a cleansing mind and body experience.

WED 7:15PM :: HIIT FITNESS | 45MIN

CLASS DESCRIPTION: 45MIN high Intensity workout consisting of strength and conditioning movements set up in stations throughout the gym. The use of free weights, bodyweight, and machines can be expected in class.
Great ready for sweat, heart beat up, work, & fun!

THU 7PM :: HIIT FITNESS | 45MIN
free weights + machines + cardio
TEACHER :: Sunny Akhigbe
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Sunny brings a series of cardio + strength training exercises designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories, and tone muscle.
Great ready for sweat, heart beat up, work, & fun!

SAT 9:30AM :: FITNESS | 45MIN
Body weight + light weight + cardio
TEACHER :: Sunny Akhigbe

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Yoga means union of soul & infinite -- that's why it's a practice. We all can strengthen that union. Don't be intimidated, be you, and you'll always be welcomed in this class. Join Roxy for a light restorative yoga flow to help you wake up and unwind into the weekend.
